SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Delivery is tracked and made through DHL/TNT/Fedex/Swiss POST or any other equivalent courier service, into the EU and in all other countries.
Unless stated otherwise, the goods will be shipped out within 2 to 4 working days.
Should it not be possible to deliver the goods due to a fault on your part, despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. The value of the product will be reimbursed minus shipping costs and any other costs incurred during delivery attempts and returns. We reserve the right to not reimburse the value of the product if the extra costs exceed its value. It is the costumer’s responsibility to cover any import costs if any. SANKOM SA is not liable and will not offer any refunds if the goods are not retrieved from customs by the customer.
In case your order is not immediately available for shipment
This is a rare case scenario as we have multiple warehouses internationally. However, if the products you ordered are no longer available in stock, we will contact you to provide either a later delivery date or other available comparable products with same value, to select from at your discretion. In the case that you are not interested in either one of the alternative options; we will make a full reimbursement.
Cancelations and Returns
Consumers have a right of cancellation within 15 days of receiving the goods without stating the reason for the return, by email to or by post to the following address: SANKOM SA, Rue de la Moliere 2, 2800 Delemont, Switzerland. In order to process the return as quickly as possible, please include your order number, name, address, copy of e-mail and reason for your return.
If you are located outside of Switzerland, please note we have different fulfillment centers around the world and kindly get in touch with us so we can give you the address to the one nearest to you.
To comply with the 15 day cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send the message (email) regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. If you cancel this contract, we undertake to refund all payments we have received from you, (not including delivery charges). For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
The refund will be executed once the goods are returned in satisfactory, new condition. All return costs are the responsibility of the consumer. SANKOM SA is not responsible if the goods are lost during return shipping. That is why it is strongly advised to return the goods through a tracked mailing service of your choice. The right of cancellation does not apply in the case of goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons. Obvious signs of use, such as make-up or lipstick marks, odor, removed labels, etc. are clear indications of use. All returned goods MUST be unused and returned in their original conditions and packaging. Please note that for a cancellation we require a clear statement from you (e.g. letter or e-mail sent to email@example.com) stating that you would like to return the goods and small description of the reason for our statistical purpose. Please place the items in their original condition in a parcel, with a copy of your cancellation letter including your order number, name, address, and telephone number.
